Retourneren van artikelen binnen 14 dagen.

 

Retours worden op eigen kosten teruggestuurd binnen de 30 dagen, ongebruikt, in originele staat en in de originele verpakking.

De verkoper dient hiervoor toestemming te geven.

Controleer altijd onmiddellijk na ontvangst van de goederen of deze onbeschadigd en compleet geleverd zijn.

Mocht dit niet zo zijn, verzoeken wij u vriendelijk om binnen de 24 uur dit aan ons te melden en dit per mail.

Elektrische machines of apparatuur zijn gewaarborgd voor 1 jaar vanaf de datum van de verzending onder normale gebruik.

Reparaties zijn onderworpen aan verzendkosten.

 

Het bedrijf is niet verantwoordelijk voor vertraging, fouten, verliezen of storingen van welke aard. (directe of indirecte)

 

 

De goederen blijven eigendom van de firma I.DAVID tot de volledige betaling van de goederen.

We can not guarantee that all items are in stock.

All orders will be shipped out after receiving the payment ( including shipping freights )

5.RETURNS

Returns have to be sent  in original packing and condition after permission of the seller within 30 days of purchase.

We do not refund shipping costs.

6.Warranty

Electrical machines or equipment are guaranteed for 1 year from the shipping date subject to normal use.

The goods remain the property of the I.DAVID company until full payment of the goods.

For all disputes, only the Court of Antwerp is authorized to intervene between the parties

Les retours sont retournés à frais de port sur le compte du client, dans les 30 jours, inutilisés, dans l'état d'origine et dans l'emballage d'origine.

Le vendeur doit donner la permission pour cela en avance.

Toujours vérifier immédiatement après réception des marchandises si elles ne sont pas endommagées et complètement livrées.
